How to use Rotary Circle

Rotary Circle is a trusted marketplace made only for Rotary members. Buyers find suppliers they can trust, sellers grow their business inside the fraternity, and every seller is checked by an administrator before they appear.

Buttons you'll see everywhere
Search bar
At the top of every page — type to find products, services or suppliers.
Notification bell
A red dot means something new — a reply, a lead or an update.
Light / Dark
Tap the sun/moon to switch between a light and dark look.
Words you'll come across
- RFQ (Request for Quote)
- A buyer's posted requirement. Instead of searching, the buyer describes what they need and suppliers respond with quotes.
- Lead / Inquiry
- A message from a buyer who is interested in a seller's product.
- Rotary Verified
- The seller is a confirmed Rotary member, manually checked by an admin.
- GST Status
- We confirm a seller's GST registration is valid. Only sellers with verified GST can sell.
- Premium / Tier
- A paid placement that gives a seller's listings more visibility in search and category pages.
- Referral
- When one Rotarian sends business to another. Referrals can be tracked and their revenue recorded.
- Pipeline
- The stages a lead moves through: New → Contacted → Quoted → Won or Lost.
